If you’ve lost your game account and can’t recover it using the instructions above, please contact our technical support team via the Support button in the in-game settings. Our developers will review your request and determine whether it’s possible to restore your progress.

Important: Make sure you provide the game ID you want to recover. If you don’t remember it, the following information might help us determine it:

  • The Game ID of another player you had on your friends list;
  • Your friend invite links, if you sent any;
  • Your ID on the ZM Club website, if you previously logged in there through the game;
  • For Android users: A receipt with the GPA visible could help the developers determine the buyer’s ID. Unfortunately, the App Store does not allow the buyer’s ID to be determined from the transaction ID.

If you can’t remember your old ID and you don’t have any of the information outlined above, it won’t be possible to recover your progress.
