If both devices are using the same operating system, follow these steps:

  1. Open the game on the first device and navigate to the settings screen;
  2. Connect your progress to Google Play, Game Center, Apple ID, or Facebook. Keep the game open for a few minutes so the changes can be saved;
  3. Close the game and wait 10–15 minutes;
  4. Open the game on the second device and navigate to the settings screen;
  5. Connect your account to the same platform you used in step 2.

If the devices are using different operating systems, follow the same steps, but make sure you choose Facebook in step 2.

If you are unable to transfer or restore your progress, please contact the technical support team via the Support button in the in-game settings and describe your situation in detail.
