This unique card can only be used within 24 hours of receiving it; after that, it disappears. This information is displayed when you receive a Joker, as well as in the Collection window for the whole time it’s active. 

If you are sure your Joker disappeared before it was supposed to, please contact our tech support team via the Support button in the in-game settings.
