If you have lost access to your account for any reason, you can restore your purchases by following these steps:

1. Log into the Apple ID account you used to purchase the items;
2. Open the game, tap your avatar, then navigate to the settings by tapping the gear icon;
3. Find the Restore Purchases button;
4. Tap it and wait.

Please note: Only permanent bonuses like Passive Profit, Double Profit, and ad removal can be restored.
